About the role
As our Marketing Executive you will work within a global marketing team to assist and execute the B2C and digital strategy to meet revenue and conversion goals while ensuring a first-class user experience onto our NFT platforms. You'll be hitting the ground and run marketing campaigns to NFT and collectors and help drive long term growth strategy for the platform. You will join our high-impact team with office based in Shibuya.
What’s Involved:
- Develop and lead the Ucollex digital marketing and e-commerce B2C strategy in line with the annual marketing calendar and budget to create an omnichannel experience for our artists (seller) and collectors (buyer)
- Manage the digital marketing budget and drive and report on the online P&L and sales, traffic, average order value and conversion targets
- Develop and execute tailored digital programs for our artist/creator and retail consumers
- Build and manage effective relationships with influencers, external development and media agency partners
- Attract new and existing users via the development and implementation of online customer acquisition and retention strategies, including paid social, SEO, PPC, retargeting, email.
- Building long-lasting brands for our creators/artists and collectors.
We are excited about you because you have:
- Degree in marketing, commerce, or communications with at least 1 year of digital marketing, growth experience within a similar environment or with media, advertising, or in a tech e-commerce business
- Extreme passion for and experience with product management, growth marketing, and a strong will to learn and evangelize NFT technology for people
- Good experience in development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Understanding of digital media principles, and how to integrate and optimize across multiple channels including programmatic media buying, paid search and SEO.
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
- Experience in customer lifecycle management, with proven ability to deliver business results.
